Vinyasa, meaning “to move with breath,” is a graceful moving meditation that interlinks postures to form a continuous flow. This popular style of yoga helps to integrate breath with movement, to increase concentration, strengthen the physical body, and cultivate inner stillness and grace. Our monthly vinyasa yoga class will focus on relaxing, re-centering, and re-energizing! We are excited for you to join us!

All levels and abilities are welcome. Plan on wearing clothes that are easy to move in, and come in layers!

Equipment needed: yoga mat (rentals available $2), hand towel, water bottle

 

Preschool Flow & Play

Yoga enhances flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness and can improve concentration and instill a sense of calm. This playful class encourages self-expression as well as builds social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies while exploring yoga poses in addition to learning to focus through breathing and meditation. This class is designed for children ages 3-5 years.
